The average volume in swimming pools has been reduced by half in 40 years. Today it is about 32m3. It is with that volume in mind that the Q-Line was born. With the aim of offering a product that is easy to install and use, Poolex has designed a heat pump especially for pools from 20 m3, including every best element in terms of technology, ergonomics, design and performance.
The Full Inverter technology that equips the majority of Poolex heat pumps allows for 30 to 35% energy savings over a year, mainly thanks to a compressor and a fan that function at variable speed.
Upward ventilation, which is an important space saver, makes the choice of an installation space easier.
From a user standpoint, everything has been thought to make this heat pump an easy equipment to use.
Its control panel situated at the front of the heat pump can be used as a handheld device as far as 10 meters away from the storage space or used through your smartphone using the integrated WiFi module.
LEDs at the front indicate with a colour code whether target temperature has been reached.
Its design in a rounded square suits any style of swimming pool and its ABS casing has the necessary resistance for a long service life.

Unlike a traditional heat pump, the Full Inverter compressor starts up gradually. If the set temperature is far from the swimming pool actual temperature, an automatic regulator boosts the heat pump’s capacity for a quick rise in temperature. During swimming season, and to maintain the set temperature, the heat pump operates at reduced power.
This constant operation means that the Full Inverter heat pump operates in a more stable way and preserves the compressor from unwanted starts and stops, resulting in energy savings of over 35%.

LED indicators integrated at the front of the heat pump give it a colourful style while providing the most useful technical functionality: instant visualization of the pump’s operating status.
Green : target temperature has been reached.
Blue : the pool is being heated.
Red : the heat pump is not in operation.

For orders of items in stock we are able to offer a quick delivery service of between 1-7 working days for south Wales and the West of England.
For areas outside our local delivery team. Delivery of in stock items will be 10-14 working days.
Arranging Delivery
We pride ourselves on selling quality furniture. We also pride ourselves on delivering your order safely, and to a room of your choice. We deliver to certain areas on set days. We are able to give you a two hour delivery time slot should you call us the day prior to your agreed delivery day, after 3:30pm.

All deliveries within the Blue zone are charged a £30. For all other national deliveries to mainland UK, a charge of £50 will be added to your order.
Collection
Free Collection At Our Newport Store Monday-Friday 10am-4pm.
Local Delivery - Delivered using a van from our fleet. Two members from our delivery team will bring in your goods and place into your room of choice. This is charged at £30 a delivery.
National Delivery - Using a specialist furniture courier. Two man delivery to room of choice. This is charged at £50 per delivery. Delivery can take upto 2 weeks after dispatch from our warehouse.
For all local deliveries, your order will be delivered to you by a friendly two-man delivery team into your room of choice.
We deliver to certain areas on set days. We are able to give you a two hour delivery time slot should you call us the day prior to your agreed delivery day, after 3:30pm.
All deliveries within south Wales, Bristol and certain parts of Gloucestershire are charged at £30. For all other national deliveries to mainland UK, a charge of £50 will be added to your order.
For deliveries outside of south Wales & Bristol, once your order has arrived with us, you will be contacted by the delivery company to confirm the delivery day.
On smaller items, such as small rugs and lamps, we are able to offer delivery of £9.99 to mainland UK addresses.
